I Do Suppose "That cars will fly"

Yep, you got it, I genuinely believe that soon, and I don't know when, that cars will be able to fly. I know this may seem a relatively ridiculous statement to make, and be so certain of at that.


Well I'm not really sure how to persuade you about this one, you know, if I was to ask you
"Picture the future"
I bet your thinking about high-tech super speedy cities with satellites and yep, I know your thinking it, Flying Cars. It just seems to be that ultimate step that some inventor can take to change the world as we know it, I mean, before electricity was invented, I reckon they thought that nothing like that could be possible, but now we seem to have a small idea about what the human race can really achieve.


However, when we get these ideas which seem to solve all the answers to questions never really asked, what do we do?
We dismiss it, as if it was nothing, we simple say, "No that's a bit ridiculous" It seems to be what the human mind does, how it works, we simply dismiss what we don't understand, I'm no exception of course but I like to think I remain open minded.


But thinking as logically as possible, we have the two necessary components needed to make this dream into a reality. First, we have cars, that's a pretty good starting point eh? Secondly, we can make things fly, that's probably the most important bit really. So combining the two? Well, I think we can do it, we shouldn't underestimate ourselves.


Unfortunately I can't see this happening any time in my lifetime, but give it a few generations and planes will be redundant, car like vehicles will zoom around the skies, and the best thing of them all, it might be down to what I've just said.


Thing Two
